Services with Measurable Impact and Mindful Results.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural and simple technique to help you experience a relaxed state of mind to facilitate change and new learning.
Our approach to working with our clients is four-fold.
1. Listen and build a quality rapport with clients so that the session plans are in direct alignment with the goals and the needs of the client. If we see 10-individuals with the same goal the best approach for each of them may be very different.
2. Help clients achieve long-term success and provide measurable results.
3. Educate clients. Help them to make informed decisions and give them tools to help them succeed.
4. Clients are taught self-hypnosis so that they are empowered to do the work on their own so they don’t become dependent upon a hypnotherapist.
Facts about hypnosis
Hypnosis isn’t something that someone else “does to you”. In truth, hypnosis is a state of concentration and focus that no one can force upon you. This means that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, even when it’s assisted by a hypnotherapist
Some issues may require the assistance of a skilled hypnotherapist. For issues that may require assistance, a trained hypnotherapist can help you accomplish more in a few sessions than people are often able to accomplish throughout a lifetime.
There are 3-requirements necessary for hypnosis to occur: minimal level of intelligence, an ability to follow simple instructions, and a willingness to be hypnotized. No one can make you do anything against your will.
Hypnosis is a learned skill.
Benefits of hypnosis
It’s a holistic approach to achieving a variety of goals.
Hypnosis will not interfere with medications or other medical therapies.
Since no drugs or expensive equipment are needed, costs can be competitive, even when paying an experienced, professional hypnotherapist.
Many of our clients are under the care of a physician or other health professional and can receive parallel hypnotherapy sessions.

Reiki
Reiki (Ray-Key) is an ancient, hands-on healing art. This 2,500 year old technique reduces stress, relieves pain and facilitates
healing and personal growth. While relatively new to the Western World, Reiki is a form of touch therapy that has its roots in Tibetan
Sanskrit scriptures and has been practiced with great benefits by those in the East for centuries. The word Reiki is translated as “Universal Life Energy”.
Reiki Practitioners are regarded as conduits through which this healing life energy flows through the hands into the recipient. Reiki promotes the highest
healing good for all living things.
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve health and enhance the quality of life.
The knowledge that an unseen energy flows through all living things and is connected directly to the quality of health has been part of the wisdom of many
cultures since ancient times. Reiki was rediscovered in the mid 1800’s in Kyoto, Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Monk educator.
Reiki raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body. Reiki clears the energy pathways allowing the life force to
flow in a healthy and natural way. As long as something is alive, it has life force circulating through it and surrounding it; when it dies the life
force departs. If your life force is low, or if there is restriction in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness. When it is high and flowing freely,
you are less likely to get sick. Life force plays an important role in everything that we do; life force animates the body and is also the primary energy of
our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life.
Reiki supports the recipient in taking charge of their own process, acknowledging that the one receiving the treatment holds the power to heal.
The inherent intelligence of the receiver’s body knows what is needed and directs the life force to the highest priority. Reiki is given with the intent
for the highest healing good.
Benefits
Reiki is a safe and natural healing art for children, teens, adults, pregnant women and infants.
Reiki healing can be used whenever the body needs to be returned to a natural state of balance and health. It can relive stress, anxiety, menstrual problems, neck and back pain, digestive discomfort and headaches. Reiki is known to clear toxins from the body, encourage self-healing, balance energy, strengthen the immune system, relax the body and mind while enhancing awareness, creativity, focus and positive thinking.
Reiki healing helps to reduce stress and anxiety while promoting emotional calm for mothers-to-be. Reiki may assist with helping to relieve morning sickness, nausea and exhaustion. Beyond the first trimester, Reiki can be beneficial in helping with post-partum symptoms. And because infants and children are so receptive to Reiki they seem to be calmer and sleep better.
Reiki is not intended as a replacement for other types of health and medical care. However, since Reiki has no side effects, it can be used in combination with other healing and medical practices. Patients who have experienced Reiki say it helps relieve stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, associated with cancer, HIV/AIDS, and dementia. Many hospitals offer Reiki in conjunction with surgical services as a way to assist recovery.
Reiki Method
Clients are asked to lie on a massage table, shoes are removed and the client remains fully clothed. The essential vehicle of
Reiki is touch applied wherever and whenever appropriate. Because the practice of Reiki does not require complicated techniques,
practitioners of many and varied disciplines are able to incorporate it easily into their specialties. With Reiki there is no body
manipulation, only physical touch. Appropriate, safe touch in and of itself is very soothing and relaxing.
